Panmure Basin Sailing throughout the year!

· Summer Programme 2011/12

Each Sunday through the summer and winter, when tides allow, racing for small sailing craft is held in safe but challenging conditions. Whether the winds are light or strong, good racing is assured, with Optimists, Open Bics and Lasers available for hire to those without their own boats.

Racing is open to anyone, if you just want to come for a sail you are very welcome! Note, be at the club 1 hour prior to the race start time for boat rigging.

35th RSA Regatta

The Panmure Lagoon Sailing Club will be organising this year its 35th "RSA Regatta". The regatta is open to all Laser classes 4.7, Radial and Standard. Racing Schedule: Sunday 26^th February 2012 09:00 hours Registration 09:45 hours Briefing 10:30 hours First warning signal. Three races back to back. Entry fee: $15
Racing Area: The races will be held in the waters of Panmure Lagoon. Course To Be Sailed: The courses to be sailed will be triangular windward/leeward. Prizes: The following prizes will be awarded: prizes for 1st (Laser Top section), 2nd and 3rd for all classes. Spot prizes will be drawn and awarded to entrants who are present at the prize giving ceremony.
